EECP
EECP

Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) is a non-invasive therapy designed to improve blood flow to the heart and alleviate symptoms associated with certain cardiovascular conditions.
BENEFITS
- Improves heart muscle blood circulation
- Promotes peripheral blood vessel health
- Allows the heart to rehabilitate by reduction workload
HOW IT WORKS
The treatment involves the patient lying on a comfortable table while three sets of cuffs are wrapped around the calves, lower thighs, and upper thighs. These cuffs inflate and deflate in sequence, synchronized with the patient’s heartbeat, to enhance blood flow. Each session lasts about an hour, typically conducted five days a week over seven weeks, totaling 35 sessions.
SUITABLE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH
- Chronic stable angina (chest pain)
- Coronary artery disease (CAD)
- Heart failure
- Those who are not candidates for invasive procedures like bypass surgery or angioplasty
APPLICATION
- Heart and brain health support
- Combined therapy for hypertension and kidney diseases to improve treatment outcomes
- Passive rehabilitation after heart surgery
- Improving overall blood circulation
